Owners, J. Wayne and Terry Vaughan, have worked in public sales in Galax and the Twin counties for over 26 years, specializing in real estate for the last 12 years. J. Wayne achieved his Eagle Scout Award in May 1973. He is a 1975 graduate of Galax High School and 1980 graduate of East Tennessee State University holding a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate. In August 2007 he was awarded the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR) by the National Associate of Realtors.
Terry is a 1975 graduate of Pulaski County High School and a 1981 graduate of
National Business College, Roanoke, Virginia. Terry earned the Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist certification awarded by the National Association of Realtors in February 2010. Meagan is a 2011 graduate of Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia with a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Meagan graduated with an Honors diploma from Galax High School in the Spring of 2006. During her junior and senior years she concentrated on business classes and received awards for her achievements in computer science. She also served as the President of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes while at Galax High School.
During the summer of 2008 Meagan attended the Moseley-Dickinson School of Real Estate, attained her sales license and received her Realtor designation. Meagan is currently working toward obtaining her Real Estate Broker's License.
